Lloyd Bolton, Attorney

Lloyd Bolton is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. Prior to opening his practice, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Mecklenburg County and Onslow County. He prosecuted DWIs, domestic violence offenses, and juvenile offender cases, in addition to other cases. Lloyd served four years as a logistics Marine Officer with the 2nd Marine Logistics Group (MLG). He will use his training and experience to represent you with courage and integrity.

Brandy Boone, Paralegal

Brandy is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal. Before joining the firm, she served the Onslow County District Attorney's Office a legal assistant and a victim services coordinator. That experience gave her a deep understanding of how the justice system works.

A graduate of Coastal Carolina Community College, Brandy is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Campbell University. As a member of a Marine Corps family, she understands firsthand the sacrifices that come with service, and she brings that same dedication to every client she works with. Attentive, caring, and thorough, Brandy is ready to put her experience to work for you.



Sara Orellana, Legal Assistant

Sara Orellana is a graduate of Marist University and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology. She brings a strong background in leadership and client advocacy, with extensive experience supporting individuals and families in high-stress, complex situations.

Before joining the firm, Sara led and mentored professional teams and supported clients through sensitive personal matters with clear communication and care. As the wife of a United States Marine, she values service and integrity. She is committed to ensuring clients feel supported, empowered and informed.



Madison Martin, Legal Assistant

Madison is a graduate of Swansboro High School, currently continuing her education at Coastal Carolina Community College, where she is pursuing an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Technology. She brings energy and dedication to her work with Lloyd C. Bolton Attorney at Law PLLC, and is committed to growing her skills to better serve the firm's clients.



Bea Arthur, Dog

Bea was serving an active sentence with Onslow County Animal Control for multiple counts of trespassing and dogging without an owner. In a brilliant legal flourish, Mr. Bolton got her sentence reduced to supervised probation with Ridgeside K9. After completing her 4 week sentence, she was accepted into our prestigious dog-intern program. Bea enjoys chasing her ball, laying on her bed, and leaving her hair everywhere.
